Shri Sudhir Halakhandi, a leading chartered accountant from Beawar, Rajasthan, has written an exhaustive ebook on the Goods and Services Tax (GST) introduced by the government from July 1, 2017. Shri Halakhandi has made available this ebook on his website free of charge for all businesspersons in the country who are finding it difficult to acquire the relevant information in an easy to understand format.

Shri Sudhir Halakhandi released the 3rd Improved Edition of his 194-page GST ebook on the June 15, 2017. The ebook has 17 chapters that explain the various provisions of the GST in people’s own language which is easy to understand because it contains real trade scenarios and calculations based on them.

Shri Halakhandi has been studying the subject of GST from 2006. His paper on “Goods and Service Tax – An Introduuctry Study” was published in ICAI’s CA Journal “The Chartered Accountant” in 2007. His paper has been widely used as a reference material in academic circles and also by the Lok Sabha secretariate. This ebook is the result of Shri Halakhandi’s more than 500 articles published in various leadnig newspapers and websites. Besides this, Shri Halakhandi’s more than 30 GST related audios are available on his youtube channel “GST By Sudhir Halakhandi”.
