Please be kindly informed that all goods are produced from stock fabrics available – the most important is that cushions should not have defects like holes, fabric damage, stains, misprints etc.
Details of Product: Cushion Covers 40×40 cms with Flap Solid fabrics: 100% Cotton Solids in Sateen & Percale (Above 180 TC+. Pigment / Reactive are ok with 12-15cms Flap inside, Overlap opening: 5 cm down from top side.
Cushion covers 40×40 cms, Size Tolerance: +1 to 1.5 cms, no minus allowed, square without bowings & lopsided edges, zipper on top side, as per samples delivered.
Stock fabrics of 100% Cotton can be used but no visual defects are allowed:
Any kind of Stains, Holes, Chemical Odor/Smell, Thin/Thick places,
Any kind of Yarn/Weaving Defects of Fabrics,
Any kind of Processing Defects, etc.
Stitching system must be perfect, ie:
Minimum density of 9-10 stitches per inch accepted, seams fastened perfectly, 5-thread overlook ,
Wash‐care label with EAN Bar-code based on Buyer's artwork to be stitched inside,
Any kind of stitching defects are strictly NOT ALLOWED:
No loose threads, wrinkles, bowing, uncut threads,
Bulk packing in Good Quality Export Cartons with a Master poly-bag covering all pieces.
Quality packing of Carton & Poly Bag as per sample approved by Buyer.
200pc/carton ie: 20 pc/LDPE poly-bag x 10 packets; 1st quality can be packed only in Designs.
Strong Strap.
Each quality has to be packed separately.
Any infection and insects are strictly NOT ALLOWED.
Carton Details:- 7 PLY (180 24 BF Red Top + 150 X 6 X 22BF) of outer size: 42x42x23cm strict,
Boxes gross weight: 13.5 kgs max.
Carton Marking: Detailed artwork will be provided by the Buyer to be printed on white paper. Carton marking to be pasted in center on 2 sides of the carton.
Poly Bag Details :- GSM/Weight:- 150 G (0,04 mm – 40 micron) LDPE
Producer is fully responsible for the quality control of 100% goods delivered to the Buyer.
Final Quality Inspection to be effected by INTERTEK under:AQL:1.5/4.0 is obligatory and to paid by the Supplier.
