The annual production capacity of the plant is 4,200 tons of medical cotton and 12.4 million tons. intended for the production of a number of cosmetic cotton products (ear cleansers, cotton discs and makeup remover tampons, etc.). The project was carried out by the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan in collaboration with Kotam Enterprises LTD (Turkey).
The raw material of the factory is the raw cotton spinning residues formed in the textile industry enterprises. The plant aims to process 4,800 tons of treated waste annually.
