Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited has also sent an intimation – under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) – informing that the Company has commenced commercial production of their Greenfield – Green Fibre Project to manufacture Polyester Staple Fibre (PSF) by recycling of pet bottles. The project set up at Baddi (HP) has a capacity to manufacture 120 MT/Day of Raw White, Black and Dope Dyed Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre.

Shri Updeep Singh Chatrath has been appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. 1st April, 2021.

Retirement of Shri S. K. Khandelia as the President and Chief Executive Officer (KMP):

Shri S. K. Khandelia will cease to be the President and Chief Executive Officer (KMP) of the Company with effect from end of day on 31st March, 2021, consequent upon his retirement from the services of the Company.

The Board has recorded its appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Shri S. K. Khandelia during his long tenure with the Company.
