The newly introduced reactive dyes of Eco Series require less water and energy for their application. Compared to the conventional dyes, they are much easier to apply and are less demanding as far as the processing skill is concerned. They are eco-friendly and effectively tackle the environmental and sustainability issues of the textile wet processing industry.
The three dyes of Colorant’s Eco Series are :
1. COLRON GOLDEN YELLOW ECO 2. COLRON RED ECO. 3. COLRON BLUE ECO.
These dyes offer excellent trichromy with perfect tone-on-tone build-up and high flexibility for shade matching – a Dyer’s Dream – for dyeing cotton fibre and yarn dyeing, knitted and woven fabrics. These dyes are suitable for Exhaust, CPB and Continuous Dyeing Process. They also gives excellent result in Soft Flow Dyeing machines and commendable performance in Padding Process.
The dyes are GOTS approved and suitable for light, medium, dark and heavy dark shades. They provide a new range of high tinctorial value, good robustness, extraordinary colour value along with unbelievable Lab to Bulk and Bulk to Bulk reproducibility. This leads to increased percentage of the Right-First-Time (RFT) production. Reduced reprocessing of dyed lots further adds to their cost effectiveness and resource savings.
The new dyes from Colorant have been well received by leading textile processing units in the Indian and international market.
