However, thanks to the timely direction of the Party Committee, Board of Directors and Executive Body of the Group, the Party Committee of the 2 Offices of Vinatex has well promoted its role of advising the Party Committee, the Group’s leaders and directly. leading a team of party members, employees of agencies and affiliated units to actively carry out the Group’s political tasks. The ideological and political education of the Party Committee of the Office has created stability and high consensus on ideology, awareness and action among officials, party members and employees. The Executive Committee has a high consensus, has moral qualities, has a healthy lifestyle, and always adheres to the Party’s guidelines and policies, and the laws of the State.
Regarding the work tasks in 2022, the Party Committee of Office 2 of Vinatex will continue to implement Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo. Accordingly, in 2021, thanks to forecasting market movements and promptly providing scenarios to respond and handle arising situations quickly and effectively, the Group’s business results have achieved outstanding results. business results are very impressive with: Consolidated revenue is estimated at 16,436 billion dong, equaling 110.7% of the same period last year; Consolidated pre-tax profit was estimated at 1,260 billion dong, equaling 212.3% over the same period, reaching 180% of the plan. Nearly 70% higher than in 2019 before the pandemic; Accomplish pre-pandemic recovery goals with much higher targets.
Contributing to the overall results of the Group, the Parent Company – the Group has achieved high results with an estimated revenue of VND 1,547 billion, profit before tax estimated at VND 294 billion.
In 2022, the parent company’s business plan is expected to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders with revenue of VND 1,700 billion and profit of VND 317.5 billion. To achieve the above goal, the Parent Company – the Group has assigned specific tasks to groups of branches, group of 100% capital of the Group and group of controlling units. In addition, in order to build a sustainable foundation, the Parent Company will organize the implementation of four pillars in terms of market, production management, human resources and financial work.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Tien Truong, Secretary of the Party Committee – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinatex highly appreciated the approach of the Executive Agency in the closing meeting of the Parent Company. In 2018, although the results of the Parent Company were high, it had to maximize dividends from the Group’s capital contributors. Although the results in 2021 are lower than in 2018, 45% of which is made by the Parent Company and this year’s dividend mobilization from subsidiaries is only 35% compared to 2018. “This is different. great difference of the Group in the recent development time”, emphasized Mr. Truong.
Commenting on the Party work of 02 Party Committees in recent years, Mr. Truong said that these are 02 Party Committees that do not have the same level of government, so the political tasks are not clear between the tasks of the Parent Company – the Group. union with its own mission. Therefore, the main work of Party building is the charter, ensuring the Party’s regulations and developing the Party. Also at the conference, Mr. Le Tien Truong presented the views, plans and strategic orientations of the Board of Directors as well as the assessment of the Board of Directors on the operation in 2021 and the plan for 2022.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Cao Huu Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee – General Director of Vinatex, said that in 2021, the revenue and profit indicators of the Parent Company exceeded the plan, in which profit profits increased by more than 46%. Especially, consolidated profit has outstanding growth, up to 80%. 2021 is also the first year the Group’s consolidated profit exceeds the trillion dong mark. The results in 2021 clearly show the Group’s initiative in production and business. “This shows that, in addition to the efforts of the leaders and employees, it is necessary to affirm that the investment orientations in the recent period of the Group are absolutely correct,” emphasized Mr. Hieu.
