Retail Forum 2021 returns again in virtual format, this time in two stops, on March 22 and 23 . Participants, with a platform that will allow meetings, networking , breakfasts and follow the event live, will see first-hand the new trends in the retail sector in times of pandemic.
More than 20 sponsors, more than 20 speakers and more than 500 attendees will study the changes that the sector is undergoing. It has been a year of digital acceleration as a consequence of COVID19, so the pandemic has forced us to look for digital alternatives that will be seen in detail by experts at Retail Forum 2021 .
The event will have two central themes with the focus on the client; new technologies and the digitization of the sector. Both will be broken down during the two days of the event.
During the first day (March 22), topics such as customer personalization to retain loyalty and create experiences will be discussed, how retailers have to learn to approach hybrid consumers through unified commerce or how AI, blockchain , analytics , mobile technology or technologies have a greater impact on purchasing patterns and customer loyalty.
