Jeanologia , a Spanish company specialized in the development of sustainable and eco-efficient technologies, and Anish India Exports (AIE) , a garment manufacturing company, set up “a 100% sustainable garment finishing plant led by women” , they underline .
Jeanologia and AIE have been working together for 21 years to transform and turn the Indian textile industry into one of the most advanced and cleanest on the planet. It is one of the main producing countries of the textile and clothing industry in the world and women represent 60% of its workforce. They are often underrepresented in their jobs, do not hold leadership positions, or are not recognized. As this year’s World Women’s Day slogan says , Women leaders: for an equal future in the world of Covid-19 , women are making a tremendous effort to shape a more equal future and take back the industry, Therefore, they must have a more active role, and this type of project, promoted, managed and directed by women, helps to achieve this. March 8, 2021 is also a special day for AIE and Jeanologiaby joining with this project its objectives in terms of sustainability and equality and moving towards the goals that both companies have set for 2025.

Laundry 5.Zero by AIE is a garment finishing plant that combines Jeanologia technologies, guaranteeing zero contamination and saving 85% of water. This operational center produces sustainably on an industrial scale combining laser technologies, G2 Ozone, e-Flow, Colorbox and the first H2Zero water recycling system; eliminating all harmful processes for workers and the environment.
