The Process sequence of Russian Fabric from grey to the finished stage

Drumming : Pre wash with Sodium Hydro Sulphite (1.0gpl) and Levocol NID (0.2gpl)

Then treat with

Levocol SWL – 500 to 1000 gms.
Levocol SCR – 200 to 500 gms.
Pressure – 2.5 kgs/cm2 for 60-90mins.
Temperature – 120°C./125°C mins.

Weight Reduction Sodium Hydro Sulphite – 500 gms.
Caustic Soda – 1000 to 5000 gms. (If required)
Levocol SCR – 1500 gms.
Levocol SWL – 1000 gms.
Defoamer – 100 gms. (If required)
Temperature – 130°C/20 mins.

Hot Wash & Acetic Acid – 1000 to 1500 gms.
Neutralisation Oxalic Acid – 500 gms.
Temperature – 80°C – 90°C/15 mins.

Drain

Optical Whitening OR Dyeing

White R – X% OWF Coralene Dyes : X %
Levocol DFT – 1-2 gpl Levocol PB : 1.0 gpl
Levocol PB – 0.5 gpl Levocol WS : 1.0 gpl
Temperature – 130°C/30 mins. Levocol DFT : 0.25 gpl
Temperature : 130°C/30 mins.
(PH-4, MLR-1:5)

Setting for Printing Pad in Levocol PB 0.3% – 0.5% and Then, Heat set @ 180°C / 30 sec.
Levocol SWL – 0.5% (Shrinkage 18-20%)

Printing Recipe

Coralene Dyes – X %
Levocol PB – 1.0 %
Levocol KBI – 0.5 %
Levocol HTS – 0.75 %
Soft Water – Y %
Printex CT-50 (8% Stock Paste)

Finishing at 175°C

Silicon Softener(12%-14%) Soln – 2 – 3 %
Epoxy base / Carboxyl base Softener (45%) – 0.25 %
Shrinkage – Approx – 18%-20%
Final width – 107 to 112cms.

Print – Dry – High Temp. Steaming at 1700C./8 mins
Cold Wash – R. C. – Cold Rinse – Neutralization – Dry
