The sale of properties is on “AS IS WHERE IS AND WHATEVER THERE IS BASIS”. The purchaser will be liable to pay all local authorities’ duties and taxes including GST. The offerors are requested to submit their offers in the form provided by the Official Liquidator and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as mentioned in the tender form. The offerors have liberty to verify details of area of land, title documents etc. from the concerned office and may also take actual measurement at their cost before submitting the offer. The tender form can be obtained from the office of the Official Liquidator during the office hours on payment of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand) in cash (non-refundable and non-adjustable) from 12.02.2020 onwards latest up to 28.02.2020 up to 1.30 PM. The Interest Free Earnest Money be deposited as mentioned here-in-above by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of OFFICIAL LIQUIDATOR OF M/S. ARYODAYA SPG. & WVG. MILLS LTD (IN LIQN.) payable at Ahmedabad with each offer. No nomination shall be allowed. Offers received up to 28.02.2020 up to 04.00 PM only shall be taken into consideration by the Official Liquidator and any offer received after the last date as notified in the advertisement shall not be entertained by the Official Liquidator. Purchasers shall give their offer as per aforesaid price or any higher amount which the purchaser may desire to offer. The sealed covers containing offers will be opened in the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat before the Hon’ble Judge taking Company Matters on 06.03.2020 at 11.00 AM at High Court of Gujarat, Sola Road, Ahmedabad and thereafter auction/inter-se-bidding will be held on the same day or such other day and time as may convenient to the Hon’ble Court, wherein the offerors are requested to remain present to raise/revise their offers upwards.
